At your convenience, we take you to see all short-listed properties, properties that you have chosen from the selection we compiled and offered to you as available. This enables you to choose the very best one. Never-the-less, if you don’t find your dream property, we will keep on searching until we find it for you. Once you have chosen a property, we will conduct all the negotiations in order to ensure that we secure the property at the best possible price.
Once an offer has been accepted by both parties, we will ensure that necessary legalities are dealt with smoothly and professionally. Our success fee is only payable once contracts have been exchanged.
